"I am editing my review. I have since worked with Elizabeth as well as Celine. Ashley, Elizabeth, and Celine are wonderful, fast-acting, knowledgeable, and have fabulous go to attitudes. I added a person and a vehicle to my policy and they made the addition so easy. I am so thankful to have found this office, I have no stress when it comes to dealing with my car insurance anymore. It's very relieving. Original: I worked with Ashley R. to change my auto insurance. She was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and she was able to answer all my questions thoroughly, and I am very happy I was able to work with her. On top of that, I was able to save $70 a month! "I don’t normally post reviews, but my positive experience today was worth spreading the word to others in need. After receiving a ridiculous homeowner policy renewal increase from my previous carrier, I stopped in without an appointment and was directed to Ricardo Melendez. He provided me a detailed quick apples to apples quote that brought my numbers back to reality. He further bundled my auto policy and walked me through the process to maximize offered discounts for my teen drivers. Approach was easy, straight forward, honest discussion about my needs, without any game playing or extra fees.
